Who am I?

My “Why”:

I cultivate places and practices that do good — deeply, honestly.

Through touch, collage, or community life, what drives me is creating spaces where we can breathe. Relax. Reconnect.

In a fast-paced world where everything often seems shaky, I believe that more than ever we need gentleness, courage and beauty to navigate the chaos.

This is what guides me, every day.

My journey

Formerly a communications professional and cultural project manager, I am now a body reflexologist and collage artist.

“Collage is my therapy.”
Reflexology is my art.”
— Hélène Guay

The turn

At the end of 2019, in search of meaning and grounding, I left the frenetic pace of the cultural scene to explore new paths: urban agriculture, digital arts… My growing anxiety prompted me to take care of my physical and mental well-being.
I then thought back to my father, who, in my childhood, would relieve my insomnia and migraines by massaging my feet. Reflexology naturally called to me. I then undertook a recognized and comprehensive training in Body Reflexology, and it was a revelation: a true vocation.

Today, I am proud to support people towards greater well-being, balance and self-awareness.

A holistic approach, rooted in humanity

My background allows me to combine expertise in communication, artistic sensibility, and a therapeutic approach. I believe that health also comes from expression, listening, and the beauty of life.

Alongside my practice, I recharge and express myself through Muay Thai (since I was 15) and the creation of collages under the name LNK .

My roots

I am a multifaceted person, born from a dual heritage:
Saint-Félicien (Quebec, CA) & Saint-Félicien (Ardèche, FR).
This geography of the heart has shaped my polarity and my view of the world.

After a childhood in France, I explored the world through academic and professional exchanges in more than 25 countries.

In 2016, I co-founded Superposition , a gallery and urban art festival in Lyon. This adventure allowed me to transform my sensitivity into a strength.

In 2017, I returned to Montreal to reconnect with my roots and get involved with MURAL and LNDMRK for three exciting years.

And now ?

I support people in Montreal, in private practice and in companies, with a sensitive and grounded approach.

Alongside this, I am developing Espace 4372 and Lab Transmission , where I design spaces for learning, research and sharing in order to forge links between art, care, community and the transmission of living knowledge.
